Refund and Returns Policy

If your lab doesn’t like its Scalables hardware for any reason, we offer a full refund.

You’ll have 30 days to try out the equipment in your lab, after which return requests are no longer valid.

The 30-day return period begins when your equipment arrives at your lab, and covers the full amount of your order (i.e. the amount found on your PO, credit card or pro-forma invoice), but not including shipping costs.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • Undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Free of contamination.
  • In the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, based on the condition of the returned instrument. If you are approved, per the policies above, then our support team will send you a shipping label. Your refund for the returned instrument, minus the return shipping costs, will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 20 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund within 4 weeks, please first double-check your account. Next, contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed or posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, or you’ve got questions related to refunds and returns, please contact us at support@scalables.com.
