Daisy MFC

The Daisy MFC puts two mass flow controllers in one module. Set and hold gas flow on each channel independently from the Daisy Controller Software, with a click or from a Python script.

Both channels on a module share the same full-scale range. Choose from five ranges:

• 1 SLPM (DMFLO-001)
• 2 SLPM (DMFLO-002)
• 5 SLPM (DMFLO-005)
• 10 SLPM (DMFLO-010)
• 20 SLPM (DMFLO-020)

Frequently asked questions

Which flow range should I choose?

Choose the full-scale range that covers the highest flow you need: 1, 2, 5, 10 or 20 SLPM. Every range controls down to 0.1% of its full scale (1000:1 turndown). The maximum operating pressure depends on the range: 0–145 psig for 1 to 5 SLPM, 0–100 psig for 10 SLPM and 0–60 psig for 20 SLPM.

Can the two channels have different flow ranges?

No. Both channels on a module share the same full-scale range. Within that range, you set and hold the flow on each channel independently.

Which gases can the Daisy MFC control?

Air, N₂, O₂, CH₄, Ar, CO₂, N₂O, He and H₂. Gases must be clean, dry and non-corrosive. Accuracy is specified for air: ±1.5% of reading or ±0.2% FS.
